Nurmi bef\u00f6rderte die Begeisterung f\u00fcr das Laufen. Im Laufen dr\u00fcckte sich das Bed\u00fcrfnis aus, es sich selbst und anderen zu zeigen. Paavo Nurmi gewann bei drei Olympischen Spielen in den 1920er Jahren neun Gold- und drei Silbermedaillen.<\/p>\n

Paavo Nurmi<\/strong> oli maailman kaikkien aikojen suurin juoksija. H\u00e4n oli \u201cJuoksijoiden kuningas\u201d ja \u201cLent\u00e4v\u00e4 suomalainen\u201d. Kaikkialla maailmassa tunnettu juoksija oli aikanaan keskeinen osa suomalaista itsetuntoa. Nurmea vei eteenp\u00e4in rakkaus juoksemiseen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
